High Trenhouse in National Finals
Hospitality team members, Lorna and Meg, attended the Hotel Reservation Service (HRS) awards lunch in London earlier this year. HRS makes annual awards in a number of categories and High Trenhouse were finalists for “Excellence in Meetings”. This award takes into account enquiry tracking, customer liaison and feedback, follow-through and business results. The High Trenhouse case study explained how pro-active response to an initial enquiry snowballed through visits and co-development through to successful events leading to repeat business well into the future.
