Deeper Leadership goes beyond conventional tools and techniques to focus inner attributes of the authentic self.
The programme:
Nine months of learning journey with four 24-hour residential modules, supported by journaling, reading and one-to-one coaching between modules.
Each interactive module includes discussion, group work, practical exercises, visualisation and outdoor reflective work, with a minimum of formal input in small groups of 5-15 participants.
Each residential starts with a review, a convivial meal and time to share experience. The next day we will explore new ground and set you up for practical learning until the next residential.
The venue:
 We will have EXCLUSIVE USE of High Trenhouse - Space for Co-creation in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. A place of our own with excellent meeting rooms, en-suite bedrooms and spacious grounds in a beautiful natural environment - a wonderful ambience for reflection and learning.
